About

What is 2X Blend – "Muscle Beach" Tesamorelin 5mg/Ipamorelin 5mg?

Tesamorelin is a synthetic 44-amino-acid analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), modified with a trans-3-hexenoic acid group at its N-terminus to extend its plasma half-life versus native GHRH.

Mechanism of Action

Binds to the GHRH receptor on anterior pituitary somatotrophs, stimulating pulsatile endogenous growth hormone release. Research literature describes downstream effects on IGF-1 and lipolysis in adipose tissue.

Discovery & Context

FDA-approved under the brand name Egrifta for HIV-associated lipodystrophy in 2010. Continues to appear in metabolic and body-composition research.

Research use only. Language such as "may," "appears to," and "has been shown in published studies" is used throughout to reflect the pre-clinical nature of this literature. Not intended for human consumption, diagnosis, or treatment.
Background

Research Context

Published research literature covers the following areas:

  • Growth-hormone axis research
  • Visceral adipose tissue studies
  • IGF-1 pathway modulation
  • Lipolysis models
  • Pituitary physiology

LAR supplies this compound as a reference standard to qualified laboratories. No dosing schedules, administration methods, or human-use guidance is provided or implied.
